50 Cent Sex Tape

Jury selection begins Tuesday in the case involving Fitty, rival Rick Ross and Ross’ baby mama. The trial was delayed a week after the Grammy Award-winning Fitty declared corporate bankruptcy to try to dodge a potentially large verdict. The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was sued in 2010 by Lastonia Leviston, the mother of Ross’ child, after allegedly posting online a video of her and another man having sex. The video gained 4 million views and nearly drove the Florida woman to suicide, according to Leviston’s lawsuit. Jurors will hear from 50 Cent and view the video in which a picture of Fitty’s alter ego, Pimpin’ Curly, is superimposed over the face of Leviston’s lover. They will also get to watch a YouTube clip of 50 Cent talking about his rivalry with Ross. But Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten said the jury will not be allowed to hear testimony that Leviston was a call girl and a “freak who would do anything in bed,” but may be told of her criminal record.
