Police have arrested a woman who allegedly kidnapped a baby boy from the food court area of a Pennsylvania mall Thursday evening. Tiny Ahsir Simmons, just 7 weeks old, was snatched by a stranger around 5:45 p.m. at the King of Prussia Mall, about 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia.

Authorities have since issued an AMBER Alert, and police said that the baby was found in good health late Thursday evening. The infant was reunited with his parents, and Upper Merion Supervisor Greg Waks said that a woman had been arrested.

Surveillance video had captured footage of the kidnapper, a dark skinned black woman approximately 25 to 30 years old who fled on foot.

Police said that the baby's mother been sitting with the suspect in the food court before dealing with other children and taking a phone call right before her infant was taken.

Upper Merion Township Police Chief Tom Nolan told WPVI that the suspect had been showing the baby off to family and friends before she got caught.
