Man Throws Alligator Into Wendy’'s Drive-Thru

( 4UMF NEWS ) Man Throws Alligator Into Wendy’s Drive-Thru:

Video of a Florida man’s notorious prank — tossing an alligator into a Wendy’s drive-thru — surfaced on Thursday.

The gator raider’s stunt landed him in jail in February, after he chucked the reptile through the window, terrifying the drive-thru employee at the Royal Palm Beach Wendy’s.

The video, obtained by the Smoking Gun, showed the alleged suspect, Joshua James, launching the 3 1/2-foot alligator inside the Wendy’s as the employee turned around to get him his change at about 1:30 a.m.

A second video, pulled from Facebook, showed the cold-blooded prankster letting an alligator bite down on his forearm.

“Oh s—, get it off, oh f—, oh my god,” he could be heard yelling in the video. “He’s tearing the skin.”

The clip showed his friends prying the alligator’s jaw open with a screwdriver to break its vise-like grip.

James, 24, said he found the alligator off the side of a road shortly before the prank. The throw, he said, was intended as a joke on his friend, who worked at the restaurant.

Since then, he’s been banned from all Wendy’s — and animals other than his family dog — by a Palm Beach County judge.

Authorities charged him with assault with a deadly weapon, illegally possessing an alligator and petty theft.
